Arushi Jain

Arushi is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over half a decade of experience, recognised as a Legal 500 Leading Associate. Her practice spans general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and real estate.

She advises clients on high-value commercial contracts and leads transactional mandates spanning ESOP structuring, investment documentation, and instruments including SPAs, SSAs, and SHAs, with end-to-end oversight of due diligence and deal execution.

Within intellectual property, Arushi counsels clients in the media and entertainment sector on copyright licensing, trademark assignment, and artist and influencer engagements, and manages trademark portfolios through prosecution and contested hearings.

Her real estate practice encompasses title due diligence, leasing and licensing arrangements, and conveyancing across commercial and residential transactions, including the structuring and underwriting of real estate development projects.

She has also advised on cross-border mandates for international clients, including matters involving UAE entities.
