Our advice covers ongoing compliance under the Companies Act and other ancillary laws.

The team is well versed in the provisions of the Companies Act, FDI regulations, and FEMA, and provides detailed guidance to clients at every step of running a business, from the incorporation of a company to advising on acquisitions and other structural transactions. The Firm has represented clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and other statutory authorities, and has advised on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
